The Belstaff XL500 Nylon Motorcycle Jacket is based on the original Belstaff Trialmaster Jacket, but lighter and easier to wear because it’s made from a material call Belflex. It’s much lighter and easier to wear than its waxed cotton cousin. Belstaff has re-introduced the XL500 in Black and Navy for the 2013 Pure Motorcycle Collection. The XL500 is a Waterproof modern day take on the 1970's version.

Belflex Replica Nylon has been produced by DuPont exclusively for Belstaff since the 1960's. Styles made in this nylon are seam-sealed or offered with a seam-sealed Miporex membrane, so that they are completely waterproof.
